General Policies of the Hotel La Gloria

For security reasons, we DO NOT allow entry to hotel rooms to anyone who has not been registered during check-in. La Gloria Hotel does not allow casual guests in the rooms at any time.

Please note that according to Colombian Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840-2009, the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is illegal. Therefore, all minors (ages 0-17) must present a valid ID and birth certificate along with parental ID to verify their relationship. If the minor is not accompanied by their parents, accompanying adults must have written and notarized authorization along with the aforementioned documentation. Parking is limited; parking is subject to availability on the day of arrival. Due to anti-fraud policies, the cardholder must be the name of the reservation holder or the accompanying person. If the reservation does not comply with this rule, it may be canceled. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. All charges are made in the local currency: Colombian pesos. We only accept payments in Cash, VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards. Reservations made by Colombian residents will be charged an additional 19% VAT. Check-out is at 12:00 noon, check-in is at 3:00 PM. All cancellations and modifications must be made in writing and confirmed by the hotel. There are energy-saving devices in each room and guests will compensate the hotel for any damage caused by misuse. Any failure in the hotel's services must be reported immediately and directly to the Reception and compensation will be discretionary. Please use the safety deposit box in your room to store your valuables and money. The hotel will not accept responsibility for the loss of items or money that have not been handed over to management. Pets are not allowed.
